Our menu can be described as a taste tour through the world & you can find yourself from a noisy street corner in Hanoi, a peaceful village by the Mediterranean or in a familiar home kitchen. Every dish has a loads of best and mostly local ingredients, love and care in it, creating flavors, colors and emotions we ourselfs love so much!

• Eel soup with soft boiled egg marinated in soy, noodles & al dente vegetables
• Duck breast with currant-chilli glaze, chanterelle-rice ball & kale
• Crispy apple strudel with cardamom milk & berries
